I have a user that exceeded her mailbox quota and has since then deleted everything except a couple of tasks from her mailbox. This was done approximatley one week ago and her mailbox still shows to be over the limit in the exchange system manager. We are in the middle of migrating to exchange 2003 from 2000 and the old server where her mailbox is shows to be in maintainance mode. I would appreciate any help I can get with this matter.

Raise the quota or disable it (temp.), and try again.
