Employee # trouble

Hi all you gurus,
I've screwed up a new employee by entering the entire Soc instead of only the last 4.
Now there's a useless employee in the system and a constant error message coming up from VERIFY.TXT saying
***MUST CORRECT ALL ERRORS BEFORE RUNNING FOH***

Please help me delete the accidental employee.

Deleting employees is found on the same tab that the employee is enter on. It should not be difficult for you to find- are you saying you don't have access to do it?

We are assuming you have back office security rights to delete employees? If not, have a manager log on who has that right and have them delete the record if it is no longer needed.

I'm in as MGR (10) under Job Codes with MANAGER (10) Access Level and have General Manager (30) Back Office Security clearance.
Do I need higher clearance or am I simply looking in the wrong place (Employee Maintainance)?
I Can't upgrade myself to Admin, I tried.
