Is is possible to somehow be able to see in Outlook a photo of the person sending me the email?

Our organization is becoming quite large and it would be nice to open the email and maybe see a picture in the top pane of outlook.

Maybe some kind of exchange add on product?

If you have the person saved as a contact, you can assign a photo to that contact. After that, when you open an email from that person in either Outlook or Pocket Outlook (Windows Mobile 5), you'll see the photo on the right.

like 58sniper said, you do that in your contacts.
If you want this companywide, either everyone does that, or you create a shared Contacts list

I think an exclaimer product called AD picture can do this. You will need to check it out as I have never used it.
