I have 4 CO lines, 1 one of them is an extention of an another PBX.

So, when users want to call a number,

I dont want to make it select 4th line, only 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines.

And I did a Digit conversation for selecting 4th line as;
when an extention presses 9 --> outside call.
when pressing 99 --> pick 4th line.

So, 4th line can recieve and send calls, but over another PBX.
How to configuration might help me?

Hi Hasan

the first thing i would do is put trunks one to three in trunk group 1 and put trunk four in group 2

programing step 140

this way you can access trunks 1 to 3 by dialing 9 and trunk 4 by dialing 89002 by default

you can set up LCR to router the call over different trunk groups but this very complex programming steps 220,221,222,223

you can't use 9 and 99 to access trunks as if you dial 99 this would select the outside trunk and then send the second 9 to out to the network so the first digits must be different

what is it you exactly trying to achieve?

if you want to dial out on the other system put line 4 in co group 2 . and then just give the handsets that want to use that line a key for just that line . they can select that line then press what ever access code was required followed by the number .

if you want to effectively dial extension numbers on the other PBX . you will need to set up the lcr table to do this .

its not as difficult as you might think

but its easyer if both systems where on different ranges .

for instance your extension range would be 1 xx
the other system would be 2 xx

you would simply tell the lcr if anything Internally was dialed that started 2 (int) you would pick up line group 2 . this way you could dial the extension numbers on the other system .

you would need to great a similar lcr table on the other system but going the other way .

I achieved this by;

Since 9 is for “select CO in first CO group”
I put gsm’s to group 2
Land line to group 1
Other pbx line to group 3

14 for special code for group 3.
And digit conversation table(270) as
905–> 890205

Everyone can make call to group 3
And most of ‘em are restricted to make external calls.
