EMG80 cannot register Ip phones

I need help , I have an emg80 that is only registering the 8024 but cannot register 8002 and 8008 ip phones, I have added the Mac addresses in pgm 235 and pointed the ip phone to the mfim address but nothing is happening.

There is no firewall the system and phones are sitting on the same LAN

no problems here with a LIP-8008D with firmware 1.2Ag.

Do you have used the virtual registration (PGM101)?
Is the eMG80 IP set as MFIM IP in the phone?
Do you see the phones correct IP in PGM 103?

In 103 I only see the registered on board devices and one IP phone 8024 which is registered.
I have not used the virtual registration.
My 8008E is on firmware 1.1
EMg80 Ip is set as the mfim on all Ip phones.

I have no LIP-8008E but I would give the virtual registration a try.

I have done Virtual Registration and I can see the lip terminals in pgm 103 but they cannot register I have upgraded the ip phones 11ea.

Do you see still there the right IP of the phone?

It's my first time to experience this, the Old stock of ip phones we have had to be changed a service code for them to register on the EMG80 it was case of regional settings.
