eMG-80 upgrade to T1.2.5

We are facing a problem with upgrading eMG-80 to T1.2.5.
Two of our customers faced this problem which is after upload the 2 files GS86M20Be-App and GS86M20Ag-Ker,
after the second reset we can't enter to the web admin of the system.
We can ping the system but we can't do anything else.
We tried to initial the system but we had the same result.
We connect LDP-7024 and it shows in the screen 'OUT-DX V1.1 OK SYNC'

Please advice we faced this problem with KSUA and KSUI.

Did you upload the files in sequence? On the IPECS you have to do Kernal first followed by app.

Yes... we upload the kernal first followed by app.

The LED in MBU are as follow the 1st LED is always ON, the second is Off because we are connecting any station now, and the third is on at first and then goes to Off

When the system is not longer starting the only way to set it back to work
is a recovery, I think.

The 2 files open to us are:

GS86M10Jc_app
GS86M20Ad_kernal

These are direct off the UK dealership website so it looks like your files are newer versions. Do you have the older versions to test with?

But I can't enter to the system.

Can you send me the steps to enter to the system through serial.

Do you have the recovery files?
There should be attached a power point on how to use the files.
If you don´t have them I could send you the files if you post you mail address here.
It is not really complicated but too much to write...

But when connecting through serial baud rate 115200 or 9600 the screen stay's black nothing is showing in it!!

is this cable working with a LIK gateway?
