Can someone help me understand how to program a vector to where it checks to see if the Emergency Variable has been set to ON? Also, how will i set up the Emergency Varialbe for E = 1?

check my post in thread690-1398881

basically you will setup variable e
cha variables
set e to .. type = collect, scope = g, length = 1, start = 1, assignement = 1

then create a separate vector to program the variable
basic collect step,

then in your main vector, just add the step goto xxx if e = xx

And with that the customer can use a FAC to access that as in turns of turning it off and on correct?

ok, never mind! i see that i will have to access it by a DID number. Thank you very much! You are very helpful!

glad I could help...
also, if you don't have a DID, the customer can call their main #, and then dial the extension of the VDN that points to the collect vector..... (DID is just quicker..)
