Is there a way that Callpilot or the Option11 can group dial to alert employees or classrooms for a lockdown condition? I though about distribution lists but my documentation only shows how to make one and kinda leaves you hanging as to how to use the darn thing. Any help would be appreciated. I am using Callpilot ver 04.04.04 Thanks

How would they know to check there voicemail

Well thats kind of my question... checking vmail is a problem but they all have MWI on their phones. I was hoping I could do something to ring the phone with a CPND "Lock Down ALert" and a recorded message on pickup that notified the client of an emergency. It could be something beyond the systems ability. It would be nice if there was a security thing like that.

Check the GROUP CALL feature in the Option 11
