Emergency key

I have to configure an Emergency key on each set of a call center (agents and supervisor), and I don't know how to program it. My phone system is a op11C.

you need to remove them from symposium, out the sets and rebuild with Key xx emr, there's really no short cut.

just the agent, that key calls the supervisor.. remember, do not short cut that..

If I press on the emergency key of an agent, does the set of the supervisor is suppose to ring?
