Emergency Key in M2008 Agent Phone

I added the EMR key and its acquired by Symposium 4.2 but when I use the key nothing happens...Should it ring the supervisor or should it open the emergency Help Window in Symposium. I must be missing a CLS or the Agent must enter something in conjunction with using this Key

I put AMG on the supervisor phone but it doesn't look like it works....I need to know what the usage on how it works and how to use the key...agent has emr key and hits it nothing happens on Emergency window of symposium or the supervisor phone itself

make sure the spid is filled in on the agent phone. prt the agent tnb and at the spid prompt should be the superivsor position id...otherwise, how is the system going to know who the agent supervisor is?
