EMERGENCY - Interrupt Handler - Not Syncing

I have a Definity G3 - With a Audix Intuity LX. My system will not boot. I receive the message Kernel Panic: Aiee Killing Interrupt handler! in interrupt handler - not syncing. What can I do to get this voice mail system up and running.
