Emergency call forward to external for IP Office - COVID-19 2

Hello guys ,

as you know there is COVID -19 around the world and most of companies working from home. we have a customer that have IP OFFICE 500V2 R11.0.0 , we have a SIP Trunk connected to the IPO. one of the numbers (71XXXXXX) HAVE ICR to Hunt Group 500 (collective ring , contain 3 users , VM Disabled) .
the custmer want to forward all calls to 3 mobile numbers unconditionally.

any one have idea about it to setup ?

set up the users with mobility to their cell phones and enable the hunt group option in mobility.

It could work only if the group's Ring Type is Sequential or Rotary

Sequential is needed if you use call forwarding. Twinning works with collective as well.

Not with twinning that is only forwarding. Twinning will do collective as I have seen.

Also check that the SIP Trunk Provider allow the forward calls
