Emergency Announcement over Paging?

Hello Techs,
I have a customer. Saying he want to do a emergency announcement over a paging for continuously when in case of emergency or have to evacuate the premises for the safety purpose.
Their System is KX-TDE100. Is there any way to use Paging as continuous announcement? with or without adding external devices?
