We have a G3V6 guestworks system installed at a property.
A analog exten needs to dial the Emergency access to Attendant code so that the Attendant Console can hear a different ring and sounds like a emergency call.
This code when dialed as hotline code[using abbreviated dialing code] it works once or twice and later on when we try, they get a busy tone on the phone.
Can you tell, why isn't this working all the time.
