EMC CX400 Problem... 1

Hi!

We have a FC4500@EMULEX_LP8000 (SCSIMinitport Driver@Win2K) in use with Navisphere Manger & Agent 5.2.5. It works fine. Now we have bought a used CX400@EMULEX_LP9000 (SCSIMinitport Driver@Win2K). HBAanywhere can see the old LUN, but Navisphere can`t see anything. We have no information about this CX400, no ip. Is there any way to reset this machine, log in with standard passwords? I`ve asked if there are problems with version 5.2.5, but it must work together means the old owner. Is there anything to set up?

What can i do to controll the CX400 with the Navisphere 5.2.5?

You need to have the old Flare code installed onto the CX400. Why not just update your Navisphere agents?

Hi!

The main problem is, i have no flare code on the first five disks. That arent the original disks. Is there any way to set up this CX400 new? Over RS232?


Ok, I´ve found some CD` s frome the old owner.

There is a bunch of Solaris Software, but we don`t use Solaris.
