Embedding Video Files 1

Hi,

I have been trying to embed video files in my flash movie, but when I play the file, the audio plays & the movie lags behind. I even tried importing the video in .flv format, but still face the same problem.

Can someone help me out in how to get this done.

Kindly note I am having the video file in .wmv fomat which I have converted it to .flv format using Riva FLV Encoder.

Embedded FLV cannot synch audio and video unless it's very short. Use external FLV instead:
