Embedding pic in Microsoft Outllok 97 on Exchange 5.5

Hi,

We run and Exchange 5.5 server. Users use Microsofy Outlook 97 for e-mail. We have a problem when receiving mail with Jpegs or with web content. When the e-mail is opened, it is not in the correct format and all the jpegs and links are on the e-mail....you cannot see it in its proper format. I have tried changing settings to Ricj-text, HTML and even using Microsft Word as the default....but it does not seem to work. Outlook Express has the functionality to view these files, why can't Outllook 97??

Maybe changes need to be made on the Exchange admin side?
Any ideas....?

Try loading outlook 2000 on a box and see if it works.
if it does then the servers fine. you can get outlook 2000 for your desk tops the corp. cdat $10.00 from microsoft.
because you have Exchange 5.5 server.

try a full install of outlook 97 and retest.
