Embedded Voicmail Timeout

Is there a way with a IPO 500 4.0.10 embedded Voicemail that I can have a timeout where after playing the greeting in the VM and the caller does not select an option, it goes somewhere else without disconnecting?? We would like it to go to a General mailbox, but even if we need to go to a Shortcode and route it through there to a mailbox, that will be fine as well...

You need to put a destination in the Fallback extension of the relevant Incoming call route

Create a short code

*99 "#mailboxname" vmcollect

And set *99 as the fallback ext within the incoming call route.
