Is there a way to default the embedded vm card to wipe out all greetings and messages?

Not yourself no.

If you do anything like that it will break it.

It needs sending to Avaya who can format it for a small fee.

I would more interested as to why you would need to wipe it clean?

If you record something in the key menu field by mistake the caller hears two greetings the one you recorded in *8101 ond then the one in *8104. I just re-recorded 3 sec of silence but I was just wondering if there was a way to default the embedded vm just to clear all voice recordings.
Thanks

Yes, I got an official warning from Tek-Tips not to post about serialnumbers and licensed files that could offend any vendor licensing rules. So that will be the reason why the the rest of the thread has been deleted.
That's the last thing said about this topic for me....
