Embedded Voicemail rings busy

We have an IP Office 500v2 Rls. 7.032 and the embedded voice mail is not answering. I have tried rebooting and when I look at the system status it shows the embedded VM. The port allocation failed with todays date. Any ideas to bing this back will be appreciated.

UPDATE!!! I can access VM through the analog station ports but when I try to access VM via a 9608 Telephone it rings busy. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Recreate SD card Woodie. I did one last week where embedded was aswering with 'no'. The recreate kept the greetings and messages. You may wish to grab them from the SD card first if you can.

How many vm ports you have? I think, at the time you tried to use 9608 there's no spare vm ports to answer your call.
