Embedded Voicemail personal mailbox greetings are missing

I have a IPO 500 v1 w/ embedded voicemail all calls are being answered by the default greeting. When I go to embedded file management LVMAIL folder exist and is full of .clp files. Can anyone tell me how to restore the previously recorded greetings please.

You need to re record the greeting, and make sure you save it correctly. You can't manipulate greetings etc using file management :)
