R7.0.23. Dialing *17 gets busy. Tried reboot. Tried removing sd and putting back in. No luck. Upgrading to R7.0.31 right now in hopes that fixes the issue. Otherwise, is next step recreate sd? They have networking licenses. Those won't be lost during a recreate will they?

7.0.36 is final release for release 7. Networking licenses won't be dropped.

Have a backup config and dump your licenses in that way if the worst happens.

See if the SD card is full first and also that voicemail is actually attempting to run in monitor.

Sounds like embedded is not started. You can get it to start and stop with a button or short code. Try that first and watch monitor.

Kids, Kids, It's Avaya. You're both right.

Also, just noticed error "all vm channels in use" but nobody is in voicemail. Still loading the R31 files now.

Tried the embedded shutdown/ start up codes and I just get a solid waive off tone.

Recreating using Latest R7. We'll see what happens.

Ok. Recreated with R7.0.36. Still no voicemail. Any ideas?

You talk about a uc 110!
If it is, ur uc mai be corrupted.
first, take a backup of your ipo
sec: default the ipo.
third; after reboot chek if you have the license prefered (1) in the licence colomne.
if not you need to minitor the uc and you need the ios on a usb stick. good luck.
