Embedded Voicemail message woes

Good day folks.
I have a couple of 9.1.x systems using embedded voicemail in IP Office mode. My users are complaining that their messages seem to "disappear" and "re-appear" on them randomly. Also, sometimes there is a long delay in voicemail delivery, and sometimes it can take up to a day for a message to show up in a user's voicemail box. Finally, they tell me once they listen to their message it is automatically deleted and they are not given the opportunity to save it.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?
