Embedded voicemail light issue

Have a customer that has a R 7.0( which I changed up to 8.0) and they are stating the voice mail light would light up for no reason and stay on. I have changed out both combo cards and the unit. I even formated the SD card and re created it. What would cause the VM light to stay on like that?

Voicemail message for a huntgroup?
Try visual voice and see what it shows.

Ever copied that user from another one? Check the source number on the users there might be a Hxxx from another huntgroup.
