Hi Everyone,
Hopefully a simple question, we have an upcoming installation where the client has asked if it would be possible on DDI calls that if not answered the call hits the end users mailbox (simple enough)however they require that internal calls if not answered do not hit voicemail.
The system will be a 500 V2 with digital handsets on version 6.
Looking at it so far i would have thought that it is a case of all calls if not answered hitting vm or voicemail being disabled and no calls hitting voicemail, just wondered if anyone has had any experience in doing this in the past.
Many thanks in advance
