Embedded voicemail cuts out

Hi,

I have searched this site for previous posts of this nature and found nothing. I have an IP 500 running 5_0_8 with the dreaded embedded voicemail. People are telling me that when the leave or receive voicemails, the voicemail message stops after between 33 and 39 seconds. This applies to internal or external calls. All external lines are copper and active inbound calls to a phone are never disconnected during a conversation. This is a virgin IP 500, upgraded to 5_0_8, and the voicemail was upgraded as well. The MAX recording time has been set to 180 sec. Any ideas or direction?

Monitor it and turn on embedded vm option in monitor
It could be a bug, i do not think this would be a provider problem other normal calls would be affected too
