Embedded Voicemail Clipping

Has anyone had an issue with embedded voicemail clipping the first few seconds of audio on a [highlight #EF2929]forwarded[/highlight] message. So caller leaves a message for the wrong person, messages is forwarded to the correct user and looses a few seconds of the beginning of the message. If you go back to the original users phone the message is intact and correct.

I have never had this issue before and any help would be appreciated.

System is 9.0.2.0 build 860

I have the same issue with a 9.02 embedded voicemail.

if it ain't broke don't fix it!
 
I went to embedded file management and uploaded the files to the card again and it fixed it. I takes a while to upload 2300 or so files so make sure you have some time if you dont have remote access to the system. Good luck.

Sorry I got busy and forgot to post back what my fix was.
 
I am reviving this old thread because my problem is back. Although now the part of the message that is cut off can be at any point in the message. Either way its an incomplete message.

Has anyone else experience this, and found a solution.

I upgraded to 9.0.3.0.941 and all was good for about 2 weeks then back to cutting off messages.
 
I have 9.0.3 with embedded and are having this problem recording greetings such as voicemail and attendant. We 'fixed' the issue by talking louder so perhaps the auto grain control is a big off
 
9.0.3. I've had it on the last 3-4 embedded systems. It is random and does not appear in the same place. Mostly while working with greetings though. I've re-sent the files as well as re-load the SD card and it still pops up every now and then. Almost appears to be a resource issue.
 
Anyone try 9.0.4.0.965 to see if this issue is fixed yet. Nothing in the notes about it but if they listed all the bugs it would be to long of a list and would scare people. Im reluctant to install it on a live customer right after release. Putting it on my demo now but it does not have the problem, so it wont tell me much.

I have been putting off customers waiting for this quarterly update. If it does not fix the problem, I dont know what to do.
