We use Avaya IP406 with 4 analog loop start trunks with embedded voicemail. I have the main hunt group set up as extension 211 and added the receptionists phone to the hunt. When the main number is called the messages are dropped into mailbox 211, however the receptionist cannot access this mailbox. Does anyone know how to access another mailbox on the system when there is no physical phone there. I tried to bridge extension 211 onto her phone and then access voiemail from the bridge but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks!
