Embedded Voice Mail - Flash Card Format

I would like to replace the greeting files on the embedded vm. I was able to track the file names through Monitor. Can I just replace them with custom recorded G.711 files ?

Any ideas on the directory structure of the flash card are greatly appreciated.

Try, there is no support on this and i don't think anyone has ever tried.

If it fails you can always put back the original files as long as you do not format the card in a PC cardreader.

I tried and it works! I made upgrade of embedded voicemail Flash card from IPO 406 (v.3.2) to version 4.0.5
It`s easy. I made replace of the folder LVMSOUND / G711 Files / eng / (on Flash Card ) with the same folder on IP Office Admin cd v.4.0.5. and it works!
I get some new function like message FWD, REWIND,and you can create new button [VOICE]on each Phone display to get into menu.

err.. the Embedded Voicemail G711 prompts are just a subset of the Voicemail Pro prompts, so naturally they worked.

And the new feature you discovered are the new features that were added for embedded voicemail in 4.0 so not exactly suprising.
