How do I alert Avaya to these errors in their manual?

Page 8 says Email Voice mail not supported; Page 10 says its a new feature. Note also the poor gramar on Page 10,"Users can have use the voicemail email...".

Users can have use the voicemail email features of IP Office. This allows then to forward a message as an attachment
to their email address via an SMTP email server. In addition, for each new voicemail message they can chose to either
receive an email alert or have the message forwarded.
