Embedded vmail - to multiple email?

Sure! Every user on the system can have their own email tied to their individual voicemail box.
I believe the question you are trying to ask however is can a single mailbox sent to multiple email addresses. This isn't a phone system feature. By the very definition of the request the ability to deliver an email to multiple destinations from a single source is and email feature and is handled by email distribution lists/groups within the email server.
If you were to run a company with a "support" group or "sales" group consisting of many individuals would you expect the customer to be required to email every single individual in these groups to get support or would you expect that the customer would be able to email "support@yourcompany" or "sales@yourcompany" thus letting the email server handle the distribution of these requests?

In most e-mail clients you can enter multiple addresses separated by a ';' but I'm sure that the e-mail field in Manager will only accept a single address. Have your tried this?
Anyway it looks as though you will need to set a distribtion group on your mail server.
