We are trying to get voicemail to email working with one of our customers but cannot get it to work at the moment.

They are using a hosted solution so external voicemail server.

We are getting the below trace

Is anyone able to advise on this? Anyone else had a similar issue with queuing the emails but no error messages?

Thanks

sending the emails is a simple SMTP send of the email and the system actually doesn't care if the other side takes it or not.
Do a trace with monitor and in the services tab enable SMTP and memory card commands tehn you can see if the system sends the email out.
You can also do a manual test from your laptop and telnet to the SMTP server and see if you get some errors back, there are also some free programs out there to test SMTP as in my experience it is a setting on the SMTP receiver end that disallows the emails being taken in and forwarded properly. Even though they will always say that they allow everything and nothing is blocked and the whole shmoo of excuses not to look into it and do their job right.
