Embedded VM Prompts

After years of installing Nortel followed by ShoreTel/Connect we are making the jump into the world of MiVoice Business. Next week we will be installing our first MiVB with a CX ii controller, Embedded VM and 20 phones. Everything is programmed the way the customer has requested but the one little detail that I do not know how to change is the voicemail prompts in the mailboxes. For example, to play a message the system says "Press P" instead of 7. Is there a way to change the prompts to give numeric choices instead of letters?

Change the VM Prompt Language to English Overlaid.

NOTE: English Overlaid (North America) and Dutch Overlaid have numeric prompts (e.g., "Press 7 for Play."). The non-overlaid versions have alphabetic prompts (e.g., "Press P for Play).
