Embedded VM not Activating

Embedded voicemail is installed and mailboxes are working correctly.

In DID Conf I have the main number pointing to Destination AAaytime with the Fallback to the operatot extension.

I recorded the AA using shortcode *8101 and I am able to playback.

When you call in there is silence for 4 secs then the Fallback picksup

I tried entering a schedule for 24hrs and under recording name it does not give me any messages other than <none>.

Everything appears to be correct under the Avaya Install Manual.

Working directory is pointed to manager folder.

Yes It looks exact exept the short code created was *8101 *8202 and *8303 for morning, noon, and night.

DID is point to AA

the 8101 is only for the morning greeting, 9-12pm. if you dial outside of these hours it plays the relevent message,

the menu part is *8401, this is what you should be recording
