Embedded VM - IP 500 V4.1 - Ring Before AA

Hi,

I have an IP Office 500 version 4.1 with Embedded VM.

I have time profiles setup and during the day, my Incoming Call Route rings a Hunt Group and then goes to the HG's VM Box. ( our general mailbox)

At Night, it goes straight to a AA with a night greeting, and then when pressing 0, it rings the same Hunt Group as the day and then goes to the VM. ( general mailbox)

My Questions are as follows:
1) How do I setup for at the Night Profile, for it to ring a group of exensions for 5 seconds, and the go to the Night AA.

2) In the Night AA, when you press 0, for it to go straight to Voicemail for a Hunt Group box without ringing the group First. ( The Hunt group needs to be the same hunt group as the day group, so it gets left in the same General Mailbox.)

1 Create a user with a voip extension. forward all from this user to a short code which points at the AA, incl HG calls.
Create a HG, Sequential, put in this user.
In the night group, put in the phones to ring and enable the users, in the overflow put the HG created above. Overflow 5 seconds.

2 Create a shortcode *1234 or whatever, Feature VMCollect, #HGName. In the AA, set 0 to Blind XFR to *1234

Thanks, that did the trick.

For #1 Took me a little to figure out the shortcode setup, till I got it working. Made a Shortcode set to AutoAttendant and pointed it to "AA:AAName", then setup conditional forwarding to a phantom user.
