Embedded VM, directory finds name but does nothing when number pressed

Hi, I have a IP 500 with embedded mail, the dial by name function doesn't appear to work. The directory comes on normally, finds the user when you enter the name, but when you press 1, to select the user, nothing happens....anyone come across this??

Dialing by number works fine from the AA.

And the users have recorded their names under *05 in their mailboxes?

Yes, it finds them and says their name, but does nothing when you press, 1 to select the user....

I've heard of a few bugs with 7.0.23, but not this one yet. You may want to try downgrading to 7.0.12 to see if that fixes it.

We are having the same issue on a 7.0.23 system.

it is a know issue, there is a patch out for it.
