Embedded VM constantly stops

IP500 4.1.12 with Embedded VM.

Having a problem where the embedded vm constantly stops working. Sometimes it's once a week, sometimes it doesnt happen for a few weeks. A reboot brings it back. Havent seen anything in caveates about it, wanted to see if anyone has come across this problem as well.

Upgrade to 4.1.5 or 4.2.4

For some reason I cant find that CQ, but I take your word for it. I thought I remembered something like that.

My plan is to upgrade to 4.1.15.

Go to 4.1.15, the problem is still in 4.2.4

Yes I can confirm the issue is still present in 4.2.4.
Have avaya currently looking into this, sysmon traces is showing the same error as it was in the earlier 4.0 software release.
Quicker fix may be just to downgrade to 4.1.15 or 4.1.12.

THe problem is in 4.1.12 as well. I just upgraded the system to 4.1.15 this morning and we'll keep an eye on it.

do you have a license key and com or usb key?

Yes there is a license key in the system, its an IP500. Its embedded VM so that wouldnt matter.
