I have a customer with Embedded VM 4.2 with an auto attendant on the main message. During normal hours if the caller doesn select anything they can timeout and leave a message set by inbound call routes. However if they are on night mode and i have the night fallback go to the AA it will not timeout to the huntgroup i am using for VM and will instead play my greeting over and over.
Is there any way to make it timeout to VM?
