I do not usualy deal with IP Office. Where can I find this info?
I know it has manager 4.2. It is 406 and it has embedded voicemail.
I will go to the location and get as much info as I can.
Thank you for helping me.
Probably the card is not regornised anymore
Use system status for this
A reboot or pulling and putting back the card will solve it

Everybody, Thank you very much!
Removing the card and rebooting the system did the trick. They now back and running. I now got Manager 6.2 (4). I hope it will not have that problem.
Thank you all.
If it keeps occuring (power off and on clears the fault) try upgrading the prompts to 4.2 wav files. (this is often over looked)
To do this switch the manager into embedded file management mode. (file>>advanced>>embedded file management.)
Now using windows open from the 4.2 Admin CD the folder LVMSOUND. Unzip the folder G711 if you are indeed using a 406V2.
This will create a folder fill of folders such as en or enu. These are the language folders that matches your country code setting. e.g. enu = engligh US. Copy all the files (right click copy) and paste into the LVMAIL>>matching language folder such as ENU folder in your embedded voicemail card over writting if need be.
