Embedded R8.0.18 DTMF issue

Anyone else have any issues with DTMF and embedded R8.0.18? I have a client who when they call into the attendant and dial x105 (or 10x) it sends the call to the 0-out group. So, it is like the system is not recoginzing the 1 and is recognizing the 0 and sending the call to the group. It is only 1 user that is having this issue. That user is out of state when calling in (using a POT line and a POT phone-not a cell phone).

IP Office or Intuity mode? There were quite a few issues with Intuity mode. Upgrading to 8.0.43 seemed to fix most of them.

It's IP Office Mode. I see on the R8.0.44 tech tip it says clears up some analogue line issues, but is vague about what the issues are that it clears up. I may just upgrade them and see if that fixes it. I had originally left them at R8.0.18 as 8.0.43 seemed to be too buggy.
