Embedded IP Office Voice Mail to Email no server only SMTP ISP with Cox.Net or Gmail

I have searched this site and eb for instructions but I can not find any for imbedded voice mail. Is there a link on this site that will allow me to send voice mail to email using Cox.Net or maybe even Gmail? When I follow the instructions it seems some items on my menu are missing and that is were I get stopped.

I use gmx.com that will accept the relays and send notifications.
