Hey everyone. I am trying to upload files to the CF card on my IPO500

at some point yesterday i was able to succesfully load a MOH file but now i have converted my AA greetings and i am trying to upload them and they dont appear on the card after the dialog says upload complete.

i go into LVmail/AAG i right click and choose upload. i select my file and click ok. the dialog says loading for about a minute and a half and then says complete. but nothing shows in the directory. i have refreshed rebooted and still no luck. same thing with putting an additional MOH source up.

i hope this isnt because i am using Alog lines. hahah just kidding

thanks folks.

A minute and a half it a long time to upload. In Monitor do you see the upload complete without error?

monitor shows the following. i blanked the screen then started the upload

406398mS RES: Wed 28/1/2009 16:02:55 FreeMem=76014080(1) CMMsg=2 (4) Buff=200 967 999 7454 5 Links=4671
406398mS RES2: RTEngine=0, CMRTEngine=0, Timer=46, Poll=0, Ready=0, CMReady=0, CMQueue=0, VPNNQueue=0

the upload dialog box shows 28.01 kb uploaded in 50 secs which is consistent with the file size i'm trying to send.

it does not appear as if the file is being committed to the file system.

I think it is your analog lines, switch to a PRI and you should upgrade your firmware.

Sorry, just kidding, couldn't help it! Doesn't it make you want to punch somone in the face when they tell you that?

Sorry bud, don't have anything for you on this one.

You have to be on the same subnet for it to work. You would also need to turn on the TFTP traps to see it fail.

son of a B!!!!

it would help if i disable my wireless. last night i was working late in another part of my office and i pulled my laptop fomr the docking station and enabled wireless. problem is this moring when i put it back in the dock i never shut off the wireless card so it had 2 ip address on the same subnet. so while i am on the same subnet as the IPO (Thank you CarGoSki as i would not have realized this without your post) the manager app was confused as to which interface to use the wireless or the lan.

turned wireless off and poof it spit the 28k file up in 2 secs.

man i hate it when i do bonehead things like that. serves me right as i lost about 2 hours screwing around with it.
