Embedded Disconnects

I have a client using IP Office 406v2 with Embedded VM. The problem is when the users try to check their VM, they get disconnected. It will tell them they have x number of messages and then their screen says disconnected on their phone when the messages should start playing. We are running IPO 3.0.44. Has anyone seen this problem?
 
Sort of. It appears that when Avaya had us upgrade our system to 3.0.44, they did not tell us we needed to upgrade the voicemail files to the new version as well. We ended up doing an upgrade to VMPro to better meet the needs of the client. I feel the VM upgrade for embedded would have solved the problem, though.
 
Are you sure its not down to teh number of concurrent acces's to teh VM?

At the time of lockup, they were the only ones accessing the vm side of things.
