Embedded Dial by name

Dial by name is not working and everyone has recorded their names in the system. They can go into mailbox and hear that they have recorded their name; but when someones enters the name the system doesn't find it. This is really weird.

And the Full Name field in everyone's User profile is set to first name space last name?

Have them use *5 to record the name

The full name field is correct and they have recorded their names already. This function was working and not it is not.
