Embedded AA using sip query

Hi all

Have a very strange problem ipo 500 ver 8.1 with sip trunks and a bri as a backup running embedded vm.

Calls come in through the AA fine and transfer to relevant extns / huntgroups, however at night the AA plays a different menu, were caller is given the option to be transfered out to oncall engineer. This works but the call is transfered via the Bri and not the sip channels. If I were to answer the call and manually transfer the call out to trunk it wound use the sip trunk.

How are you doing the transfer out? AA transfers to a user forwarded out? or are you using a short code?

What does monitor show?
Did you try without the BRI connected?
What happens then and what does monitor show?

Make your MAIN ARS your SIP route then make a new ARS calls e.g ISDN

the AA is sending the call via the MAIN ARS and not the system short codes.
