Emails with Multiple Attachments via Cognos 8

Hey gurus,

I created a Cognos 8 Scheduler job that contains 4 reports producing .pdf output and 4 that produce .csv output. These 8 reports require email distribution.

I executed the job and got 8 emails in my Inbox. Do you know how to change it so that it’s 1 mail with 8 attachments?

Yeah, I've done this. Set up event(s) that run the reports first. Then in the same event, set up another task that sends and email and grabs the latest run version of all of those pre-run reports.
It takes a bit of fiddling, and if you didn't want to pre-save the reports, then if you want to use this method, you'll have to play with security options so that only "you" can see them....
