My company uses Outlook 2000 on Exchange 5.5 server (soon moving to Exchange 2003). I have one user in my company who has a bizarre issue.
Over the past two weeks, no new mail appears in her Inbox until she opens an existing message. At that point, any new mail suddenly appears! This has happened to no one else!
To troubleshoot, I deleted and recreated her Outlook profile, to no avail. I then completely removed and reinstalled Outlook, again with no resolution to this issue. We use the Corporate/Workgroup configuration and hers is no different than our standard set up.
Anyone else ever experience this???
