Emails Disappearing Outlook /Outlook Express

I have recently re-installed Windows ME, and am with Freeserve Anytime. I can receive emails OK, but when I send an email, it seems to send OK, and is shown as sent in the Sent Items folder. None of my emails are arriving at their destinations however, not even the ones sent to myself as test emails. I get no error reports, and to all intents and purposes they have gone, but where to?? This is the same with Outlook and Outlook Express.

Can someone please help?

 
I would say the first port of call is to get in touch with Freeserve and check that they haven't or are not in the process of changing their SMTP server?

I know this sounds crazy, but I have experienced ISP's just changing SMTP server settings without telling their customers before, leaving the old one running as a backup, but noone actually servicing the old one if anything goes wrong.

Call them and try that first.
