Emails Disappear After Reading 1

Hi All,

I have a user with a mysterious problem...at least to her and I. I have Exchange 5.5 with WIN 2000 workstations. Every time she closes an email in her "inbox", it disappears. It doesn't go to "deleted". I can't find any rules..or anything that would cause this. I tried setting her up on another pc...same issue. Any suggestiopns would be appreciated...thanks.

Might help might not,
In outlook click on view > current view.
If you have unread messages selected you will only see the unread ones, the read ones dont dissapear but cant be seen.
