How can I stop all emails automatically moving to the personal folders? we really want to keep them on the server

What about setting the users email clients to not delete mail from the server? I don't understand exactly what you are trying to do.

OK, I have an XP client here and it is fairly new and alien to me, we run microsoft exchange on an NT4 server, and have about 30 client pc's, this being the only xp. but there is a function in outlook that makes it so any incoming emails go to the inbox, then after about 2 mins, they all start to move into the personal folders. Every time I put it back in the mailbox inbox, it moves again. well I have to move about 15 mailboxes to this pc for incoming mail, but will be a desaster with them all filtering into the personal folders

It is a setting somewhere within out look, but I can't for the life of me find it.

Please help, this is driving me mad.

Hi PalmStrike,

Go into the "Tools,Services,Delivery". You need to set "Deliver new mail to the following location:" to the users Mailbox. Right now it is probably set to "Personal Folders" and this is what is causing this.

Hope that helps... mot98
